Its been a while since we dined at Khana Khazana and the review is late as usual. To be honest, I did contemplate skipping this one as we dined here 3 months back. However, the food was just too good to let this one go and here I am 🙂
A fine dining restaurant in Glenunga, Khana Khazana offers Indian food. We zeroed in on this restaurant after reading the reviews online! This restaurant has ample seating available, so booking a last minute reservation was a breeze. We were handed the menu as soon as we were settled in. The menu is fairly extensive and reminds you of some of Chennai’s finest. We decided to order our usual staple when it comes to Indian, tikka masala, butter chicken and an assortment of breads along with lamb biryani.
It did take a fair bit of time for our food to arrive. That said, the food more than made up for the delay. The breads were outstanding and so were the curries, truly delish. But the standout was definitely the biryani, took us back to India and we couldnt stop smiling 🙂 Service was pleasant and friendly, though a tad bit delayed at times. The prices are slightly on the higher side, but the food is worth the price point in our opinion.
Overall, Khana Khazana is perfect for a catch up over Indian food.
